Resident Advisors are responsible for maintaining a safe, secure environment in which students can learn and grow. Resident Advisors model, guide, and teach students social, self-help, and life-long learning skills. Resident Advisors are also responsible for supporting and assessing student achievement. Night-Time Resident Advisor
The primary purpose of the position of the Night-Time Resident Advisor is to provide a safe and secure environment during the night-time hours while the students are sleeping. This position is also responsible for supervising and monitoring the students during the morning hours prior to the students leaving for school. The Night-Time Resident Advisor will handle all emergencies and student issues during the night-time and morning hours.
