New and returning families: See below for key information and requirements regarding enrollment or re-enrollment for the 2024-2025 school year. 

The Office of Family and Community Engagement is open Monday - Thursday, from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday, from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Congratulations and welcome to The SEED Public Charter School family! We are excited that you have selected SEED DC for the next step in your child's educational journey.

All newly accepted SEED DC families must complete all of the required enrollment documentation by May 1, 2024.

What is needed to complete enrollment?

  • InfoSnap Online Registration – Click this link to be taken to the online registration portal.

    • For help using InfoSnap, click here!

  • DC Proof of Residency

    • By law, proof of DC residency must be submitted in person every year at your child's school. See a representative in the Family & Community Engagement Office by May 1, 2024 to submit your residency documentation & complete the DC Residency Verification Form. Click here for a list of approved documentation.

  • Student’s birth certificate (can be uploaded in the InfoSnap enrollment portal)

  • Most recent report card/progress report (can be uploaded in the InfoSnap enrollment portal)

    • The final report card (& transcript) will need to be submitted at the conclusion of SY2023-2024.

  • IEP [if applicable] (can be uploaded in the InfoSnap enrollment portal)

  • DC OSSE Home Language Form

  • DC Universal Health Certificate (can be uploaded in the InfoSnap enrollment portal)

  • DC Oral Health Certificate (can be uploaded in the InfoSnap enrollment portal)
